PSA: How dangerous water can be So I had a lil accident at the car wash tonight . While rinsing the car off the nozzle slipped out of my right hand, but before I could release the pressure the water cut through 3 layers of skin on my left hand. Thankfully Hospitality Health ER just opened on the seawall. I have never been treated so promptly and with the utmost respect when dealing with health care. I was in and out in ONE hour ! Professional, knowledgeable staff, beautiful facility with amenities you don't typically get at an ER. I highly recommend this facility!
This was by far the best experience I've ever had with a ER!!! The staff were very sweet and they all took excellent care of me! I came in bc I was diagnosed with Type A and Type B flu with Asthma. Dr Longorio was very pleasant and he jumped right in to getting me everything I needed. The nurses went above and beyond. The front office was extremely helpful and friendly. The security officer was very pleasant and made me feel safe while I was there. They kept me over night for observation and made sure I was good to go home! ... read more
Best ER. Very friendly, took great care of us. Awesome. Dr. Longoria was amazing. Gave many options, and asked us what we wanted. Coffee and snacks offered.
Dr. Salinas and all of the nurses and staff were excellent and very friendly. The place is first class. I went in with a respiratory infection they treated me with a breathing treatment and some IV antibiotics and fluids. Quick wonderful service!!!
It was 4:30am and i felt like crap. What a beautiful place!!!! So calming and relaxing. The staff was attentive, friendly and swift with the diagnosis. It was a great experience and i truly give them 5 stars for a job well done. I couldnt believe i was home in such a short period of time. Thank you for the wonderful treatment. Also, love my plush comfy blanket.
Wife brought me in and I must say This place is amazing the staff is 100% genuine and caring the facility was pristine and I recommend this place to ANYONE two thumbs up
Brought my grandmother in tonight she had medicare which they don't accept yet, but they saw her hand was pretty messed up they took her right back did xrays and took such good care of her. They were all so sweet and kind omg best place ever and Dr.Lee was amazing and the nurses were very very amazing shout out to yasmine she was so attentive!!!
