They had the very best care I have ever received at any ER clean hospital with a caring staff Penny the nurse there was So Into her job wanted to make sure I was good my whole stay would definitely recommend them to any one out on a stay in Galveston ( they even give you the blanket you use while there with a goody bag of things to take home with you ....

RecommendedSuch a great experience. The staff were all superb, DON herself took me back, did my intake and obtained my vitals. My nurse was very attentive and wonderful. The provider had great bedside manners and was very knowledgeable. The facility was beautiful and very clean. I would recommend them to anyone!
This facility is amazing! The staff is super friendly and great bedside manner. The doctor who treated me was very thorough and did not rush me and took her time listening to me about my history. She was really nice and friendly. There was no wait to get in. They have fresh coffee lots of snacks and even gave me my first dose of medication. I give them 10 stars and will definitely return.
RecommendedNot that I’m happy we had to bring my daughter to the ER on vacation but I have to say this is first class all the way around from the staff to the facility top to bottom. If you are in the Galveston areas and shall have to go to the ER for any reason I highly recommend Hospitality Health ER. They were fantastic! Thank you guys so much for taking care of my Jaida.
