RecommendedI went to the Hospitality Health ER in Galveston after injuring my back and knee in a fall. I was admitted within minutes and given a complete exam by a very caring and competent staff. X-rays were taken looking for anything broken and my medical history was thoroughly reviewed, including current medications before a course of treatment was discussed and implemented. RecommendedFrom the moment I walked in the door, to the moment I walked out, the customer care and concern was amazing. I was greeted when I came in, waited five minutes and was treated immediately. Every employee treated me as if I was the most important person they had seen all day. They are changing the ER experience to be about the patient...well done! If you have to get medical care, don’t go anywhere else. Ever.

We were seen immediately and had attentive, kind care for my ten year old son who cut his head and required staples. The facility is immaculate, gorgeous and made a trip to the ER much more pleasant!
In case of a family emergency, I will not go anywhere else on the Island. Lovely facility, wonderful service, and great follow-up. We live here full-time in Galveston and are THRILLED to finally have a quality care facility in this town.
