We will never go to another ER again!! I can not say enough great things about Hospitality ER. Awesome staff, clean, calming and snacks!! Definitely a place to make you feel better. Thank you for everything !!

My husband came here In hopes that it would be quicker then the normal ER. He was so amazed at the service and care he received. My daughter who is 10 kept saying this is the best!!!! I know if an emergency arises again I won’t hesitate to go back.

We were very impressed with the overall experience. The staff, from the front desk to the Dr, nurse, and tech, were very professional and compassionate. I was in severe pain from a kidney stone and infection, and they truly went above and beyond to try to make me as comfortable as possible! It is beautiful to begin with. So pleasing to the eye. The service is friendly and professional.
I had gone because I heard they had great service friendly and clean. Didn’t have to wait 3-4 hours. Took me in right away. They went above and beyond helping me. Explained each thing they were doing. Thanks Nurse Helen and Dr. Dominique Fontenette. Thanks for all your help. They REALLY DO CARE.
Came in 4:30 am. Attended to me with great attention. Did Ct/ ultra sound, pain mgnt, trasportation to Bay Area Hospital with room ready for me. Next day emergency surgery . They are awsome. Sent me flowers next day and a gift bag. Thank you all
