Matt Furman and the team at Honda of Hackettstown set the standard for customer experience. There are no games when you are shopping for a car from here. After shopping around at a couple of other local dealers, it was a blessing to find a place that skips the typical sales proccess that we have all seen, and gets right down to the realistic deal you are looking for. We will be lifetime customers after this experience. I highly recommend Honda of Hackettstown for your next purchase.
Let me start by saying that ,for me, buying a new car is always just a P.I.T.A. While I should look at it as a good thing, I don't. Having to compare all the options ( many of which I have no need or desire for ) is awkward and most times confusing. Honda of Hackettstown took the time to go over everything with me and I found the sales experience tolerable enough to purchase a vehicle from them. No high pressure sales tactics used!
Rob Nylund was the best and so was the rest of the crew at Honda of Hackettstown went there to buy a Jeep Compass and left with a 2015 Nissan Rogue which we absolutely love I will be going back for our next car purchase thanks everyone at Hackettstown Honda
