RecommendedMy experience with Honda Hackettstown was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. KaiSun and Kamal were very informative and helpful. I’ve been searching for a 2016 Honda Civic since Nov 2017 and this is the only dealership I found my car listed at this price. I also have bad credit and KaiSun went out of his way to make sure i was comfortable with my payment arrangements. I am so happy I went with Honda Hackettstown I’d highly recommend them to anyone looking for a car.
I felt like I was at home with this dealership. A big thank you to Josh and David for transitioning my daughters lease to own. Cannot get over the experience of how amazing this place is. Terri is a god send, and honestly so is everyone else that I encountered through my process. They’re so sweet, kind, and understanding. As someone with a lot of debt, they weren’t judgmental (even suggested how to help me!) and worked to get my own loan.
Just an Awesome Visit as Usual. Let’s put it this way, I Drive from Pennsylvania just to go see Jeremey ( My Service Advisor ) and I will say he is One or if not The Best I’ve ever Had/Delt with in all my Years going to Dealerships. Also my Last Visit on August 6th I stopped in for my routine Oil Change n Tire Rotation and not only did they wash my Truck like they always do when you come in but they also took it apon themselves to vacuum the front rugs in my Pilot. Yesterday I left Honda of Hackettstown with a 2018 Honda HRV ! My entire family has Honda’s and we have NO complaints when it comes to the Honda of Hackettstown . We all go to TERRI , who gives us NOTHING but the best service . Thank You Terri for you wonder gum customer service !
