We recently went to Hackettstown Honda to just look for a new vehicle, where we met Terri & Kai'Sun. We discussed and were able to see what our options were for a new family vehicle. Our experience was nothing but amazing from start to finish. They went above and beyond and listened to what we were looking for. They made everything so easy! I would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a new vehicle to stop in and see Terri & Kai'Sun!! We will never go anywhere else ever again!
Beware!! Their Service Department is horrible! They tell you one price and offer another service (just in case it needs it) and when you say no they start the original repair and then coincidentally when your car is already taken apart they say that it definitely needs the work you specifically told them not to do and you now can’t have your car back half taken apart so you have no choice but to pay for the repair. I had the best experience shopping for a car when I did so at Honda of Hackettstown. None of the salesmen were pushy and you cold tell that customer satisfaction was their top priority. I’ve been to other dealers and can say with certainty that no others compare!
We leased for a few years, got the extra coverage for dings and such. We were denied all repairs when we brought in for evaluation. Took advantage of turning in early, as is, and BOUGHT a car from you . STILL getting bills from Honda financial because you didn’t pay off the lease!! That was part of the new car sale , as per your special offer. Not good for my credit ratings, I’ve called 3 times, still getting threatening letters from financial. The salesmen and staff went out of their way to make me feel welcome listen to my needs, and present me with every option. In the end they gave me an amazing deal on a CRV. Worst experience ever, drive past this place and go to GMC if you want a good deal and a better car
