Everyone I worked with were nothing but patient, not pushy and I ultimately purchased my new Civic . My prior car was 11 yrs old and I did not realize what I was missing until I rode to work in my new car a couple days ago. Don , Roy and Melania were the team that supported me thru my experience . I had my Odyssey sliding doors fixed there Friday. First, I get it home to find out it wasn’t working properly. Brought it back in only to have a service manager tell me there was a broken sensor that I needed to pay to now have fixed. Guess what?? The sensor WAS NOT broken when I dropped it off!! So what should have cost me $375 (first repair of a roller), wound up costing me around $1k. Not only that but the technicians did an oil change and didn’t reset the oil % gauge.
