Took my car for service. Had a guarantee on my rims. Nick took ownership of the whole situation because apparently my guarantee only covered Honda rims. He didn’t give me a hard time fallowed up and made sure I️ was aware of what was going on with my car. Recently went and took home a new 2018 Civic and i am in love !! I had the help of Joe and Alex and they were both absolutely amazing and so helpful with the whole process. They made me feel so comfortable through the whole process and really went through everything completely and clearly. I 100% recommend asking for either of these men to help you out you wont regret it !
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! DON'T GO HERE! YOU WILL REGRET IT!!! I've never experienced such shitty and disrespectful customer service EVER! Go in for an oil change, leave with grinding brakes. Never would of thought that buying a car would be so easy! I recommend this dealership and the sales woman Terri C!!
Me wife and I purchase a 2017 Honda Pilot and we never exprecied such a smooth process. The sales manager we worked with was Mo and he was honest, straight forward, and even made the negotiating easy and simple. We highlighted recommend working with this sales manager if you visit the dealership!
