I was totally impressed by the thoughtfulness and service provided to us by the staff at Hackettstown Honda. Thom, the sales manager, was very good about making a stressful situation just a happy occassion. Earl was great and very helpful! Thank u all! We will be back....not just for our free oil changes etc but hopefully for our next car. :)

My wife and I test drove 2016 CRV 74011 stock #. The saleman Rob represented it as a new leftover. During the test drive we discovered it was sold once and returned. When we asked why they gave us 3 different stories about the vehicle. They said they would discount the vehicle because of it, they did not. They Tried to sell to someone else as new,while we were there. They did a good job putting all new car stickers back on. Talk about unethical

While I can understand there may be some confusion, the vehicle you were shown, the 2016 CR-V SE is brand new with 70 miles that was never titled. My wife had a slow leak and was going on a trip with my daughter later in the day. I suggested that it be fixed before they left or take my car. I called the service department and they were able to fit me in. Bryan was very courteous and got the job done. Why would you want to go anywhere else?
