Needed a new car, decided to come here because there was a deal on a vehicle we liked. very pleasant staff, clean and bright facility. tons of cars to choose from. we were helped today by Khalil and he was just the nicest salesman and very helpful/informative. he made sure we found the best vehicle in our price range and we did end up finding the exact car we wanted from the website. Very friendly and nice people. Ran into a few minor snags (no one's fault)....but the business manager Ralph Spinosa was very helpful and took care of everything quickly and efficiently. Would buy here again.
Over about 6 months I had 3 bent rims! after replacing 2 I questioned if maybe the rim had a issue. Willing to listen they gave me the third one free! They cut me a huge break when I needed it most!!!!!
Easy, friendly sales customer service and when I returned ten days later to get my plates, they plugged a hole in my tire from a small nail, washed and vacuumed my car—no charge! 100% recommend!

Fastest and easiest car buying experience that I’ve ever had. Josh was our salesman; he was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of our questions immediately and accurately. I purchased a van off the Honda of Hackettstown lot based on some great recommendations. Well, here I am 2 months later in the middle of the night on the way home from work and my Van stalled out while driving. Completely died, I was stuck in the middle of an intersection, I had to call police and get an emergency tow. When I called Honda of Hackettstown they weren’t equipped to handle my vehicle they pushed me elsewhere.
