MJ was an absolute joy to work with. He wasn't about just "selling" us a car. But he was about helping us and our family! He worked so hard getting us the best deal he could find and is even having the car delivered to OKC tomorrow! This dealership is absolutely amazing! They don't jerk you around or lie to you. Honest working people that actually work for their customers!! Highly recommend them to anyone that wants to get into a Honda!

Had an appointment for an oil change and it took more than two hours! Had to wait with an infant. People were nice but the service is awful. Go to Jiffy Lube.
I had to edit my earlier review about the bad service issue because Jeff from the services deparment called me and talked to me and made things right. Also received a call from the customer relations enquiring about my earlier issue and wanting to make things right for me. At the end of the day I was impressed with the way iwas contacted to sort out stuff
Soooo been waiting here for two hours (1.5 with my 5 year old) and they don't have the part to fix the recall on my car. So how do we not know this either A) when I made my appointment or B) when I arrive. Then to top it all off they tried to give me the WRONG Pilot when it was time to leave.

I've been trying to get an airbag installed in my car since April 3rd! I had an appointment for April 9th, and when I got there, they said that they had to order the part. They said they would call when the part came in. So, a couple weeks went by with no one calling, so I called and they said I had to schedule another appointment. I did for May 5th.
