Good service department. Waiting area had free WiFi and counter-top for working. Complimentary coffee and baked cookies.
Terrible customer service! I would give it zero stars if I could. Salesman is incompetent & keeps blaming the finance guys...

Schedule an oil change service for a specific service and still waited two hours. Terrible service.

After my experience in San Antonio Honda dealership Gunn Honda, My expectations are high. I wasn't greeted with smile or good morning. Customer service is not high on thier priorities. I needed a courtesy vehicle that I was told would be a few minutes. After 40 minutes, I complained, I was fronted with a rude, "Do you just want to come back". I was driving on a spare tire.
