A terrible experience, the finance guy literally spoiled the whole buying experience for us, up sale an extended warranty plan without full disclosure. We end up paying higher rates even when we made a huge down payment with high credit ratings. When we complaint they advise us to refinance, GREAT !! This dealership has high number of bad reviews on Google & Facebook. I should've seen them before I made this purchase. Stay away from this dealership, there are hundreds around DFW.
So sitting here waiting to get my oil changed... decided to walk around the cars to look at the new cars.... Just wanted to Thank YOU Tony Delsol , 4 years ago, for NOT being one of the "Clumps" of guys, talking with each other, who didn't even bother to see if I needed any help with purchasing a new vehicle. (Still happening) I guess they don't NEED to sell any vehicles. So if you need a New Vehicle and you are at this dealership I HIGHLY recommend TONY DELSOL.
Worst Service ever, please do not buy cars from here as they will trick you & never give you what was promised or has been promised. My first & last buy from here, next time i am looking for someone else

Had my Civic's oil changed. Price was fantastic, service was fast and they washed the car when finished.

We just purchased a new Honda from Honda Cars of McKinney. Our salesperson, Connor did a great job of assisting us in our purchase. He was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.
