We just moved to Texas from TN and needed to get my husband a new ride ! We shopped online and Michelle instantly called us � . Today we walked in and Michelle and her Brother Ken ( the dynamic duo) made shopping for our new car fun and painless ! Everyone was amazing ! I would make this my first stop for a new Honda if You are ever in the area �
RecommendedThe customer service, in the service dept. was awesome. They told me an hour, the car was done in about 45. The waiting room was clean, quite, and large. Didnt feel like people were on top of me.
RecommendedI would recommend Gus at Honda of McKinney. I went in with my mother for her first time buying a car at a dealer. He was patient and kind. He helped her really understand what was going on. She told him everything she wanted, what she wanted pay and what she had to put down. There was no back and forth trying to get her to pay more or do any extra. It was great and very appreciated.
I went there not knowing what I wanted and left with my new used car. I love it. the whole experience was very professional and comfortable. I had to come back a couple of days later to sign some paperwork and my salesperson had my car washed. excellent customer service. by the way ask for Gus. he will treat you right.

I went to go look at a vehicle and never heard back not even this car salesman .m poor quality customer service for being #1 Dealer such a shame its false advertising

Drew Alexander is fantastic and each of the three cars I have bought from Honda Cars of McKinney have been great. I live 10 minutes from another Honda Dealership but McKinney exceeds my expectations and always delivers without the dog and pony show of most dealers. Thank you for another great experience. I LOVE my new Ridgeline!
