RecommendedHonda Cars of McKinney is such a great place for car maintenance & repair! They are courteous, friendly and efficient. They have a wonderful waiting area complete with coffee, warm cookies, TV & newspapers. Ron and Mike are my go to guys and they always take wonderful care of our vehicles! RecommendedMy Service Advisor, Carl Miller, was very polite and responded to my questions. I brought my car in for inspection and oil change, and the work was done quickly. In addition, Carl had checked on a couple of items I was concerned about. The waiting room was pleasant, and I noticed that other advisors appeared to be helpful and quick to answer customer questions as well. I feel confident in bringing my car to this dealership for service.

Beware of this used car dealership. The sales manager does not keep his word. I made an offer for a used car that was accepted. Details for mailing the cashier's check were finalized. I was headed to the bank to get the check when the sales manager Rick Dailey called to say unless I paid additional fees, which were in-house fees, my offer was rejected. I asked how that could be, since I was told my offer was already accepted. He said he wouldn't honor the price that was agreed upon, and I decided not to purchase as a result.

Mo, the client advisor came to speak with me while my car was being serviced. My 2017 was in great condition and he talked to me about updgrading. I explained my conditions for upgrading and he showed me some different options. He and the sales manager worked effortlessly to make the deal happen on my terms.
