Please ask for Michelle Alexander! We are from out of town and did some research prior to arrival in DFW. Upon arrival, Michelle showed us various options of C-RV’s without being pushy about getting more expensive trim levels. I felt she answered our questions honestly and expertly. this is the 2nd time I have bought a truck from this dealership and both times was the best experience I could hope for. got a deal that could not be beat anywhere else and Gus...Jeff...and Johnny were all very helpful. We Recently purchased a Certified Used 2018 CRV from Gus Arguello, the sales representative. He was very professional and treated us with respect and no pressure tactics. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a Certified Used Vehicle. We were very pleased from start to finish and look forward to doing business with him again!
If I could give this company negative stars I would. Their sales people are liars and don't honor their word. They give no care to wasting people's time....so don't waste yours here.
If I'm going to compare it to Frisco I give it one star. I went here yesterday just wasn't happy with the way customer service was in the service department, or the work performed on my vehicle. I think greeting and acknowledging the customers needs Improvement. And if there is a certain detail checklist maybe they need to incorporate one. Absolutely Horrible Experience
*Buyers Beware* This place is all about their commission. We had a approval ready to go and an appointment to pick up the vehicle . They chose to sell the car our from right under us all for commission. Never will I do business with Honda of McKinney.
I must say we have bought many Honda’s our family from this dealer but it has gone down hill drastically. From a very poor manager named Robin who never follows through or cares. This has been a disaster and we must go to a different one next time. They are unorganized and only want your money . The list goes on but once the power of the pen hits that contract you are at their mercy. Beware
