If i could give this location (parts department) a zero I would. To the guy in the parts department who gave me no time of day besides “no. We don’t do that” and hung up. Thank you! Already had financing in place and was ready to purchase vehicle. Told us to take vehicle home and did not reach out until 3 days later even though we called numerous times. They pulled our credit numerous times when they said they would only run it through the bank we had a pre-approval with. We reached out to another dealership a got a newer vehicle same day at the same price with 30k less miles. Get out of your egos and understand what true customer service is.
My wife went in to help me find a replacement vehicle and the sales representative helped her out fairly well. We found a decently priced car that was marked down due to hail damage, however when it came to financing the experience was completely different. My wife had me come in to work with the financial manager while she completed the paperwork and we kept getting price quotes that were several thousands above the tag price on the vehicle so I repeatedly asked why there was such a large difference, and between everyone we... read more
Most transparent, no-BS experience I've had buying a car. I walked in knowing my price, let them know I wasn't there to haggle, and left in a gorgeous Mazda CX-5, a very satisfied and definitely-gonna-return customer that very same afternoon. Beware - their online price doesn’t include the nearly $4000 of Dealer ad ons that they will add to the price when you walk in. Make sure you know what your trade is worth before going in because they will try to take advantage of you on that too.
