Awesome service department!! Great guys, never feels like Costco!
Worst dealership and most unprofessional service department. We took in our car which was bought from this dealer and had the worst customer service experience from Robin Wright. This is the last of my Honda car and will from now on stick to brands like Toyota and BMW which we also own. Disgraceful for Honda to have such a dealership.

I looked into your service visit on your 2013 CRV and was able to verify that the issue was due to road hazard damage and not as a result of a manufacturer or material defect. Took my son in there to buy a new civic. Back and forth as usual on the price. When the 2nd sales manager came and gave his sales pitch on how he was going to need $1000 before they would do anymore dealing, I told him that my son and I needed to talk about it before making a decision. However, the sales manager got up and stormed out of the cubical saying “have a good day.” My son would have bought a car had it not been for this sales manager’s attitude. OMG this was so worth it. Got a great deal without the dog and pony show. Went from a absolute nightmare of an experience at another Honda dealership to car buying perfection. Paul Sonneborn is who you need to ask for best sales guy around.
We had such a wonderful experience! Jerry Johnson made the the process quick and painless and was a wealth of knowledge ! He went above and beyond for us and we couldn’t have more pleased ! Highly recommend!
