My fiance Bryan and I purchased a certified pre-owned 2012 Honda CR-V from Honda Cars of McKinney today. I cannot say enough about our salesperson MJ. He was a dream to work with! I just posted on my Facebook to tell everyone I know they should consider driving to the Dallas area and seeing MJ if they are in the market for a new or used car. Honda McKinney need to work lot harder to improve customer service, I had to make several calls to get status updates on my brand new car manufacturer defect, despite its an issue of brand new Honda vehicle sold by them, they were reluctant to provide a loaner. This whole episode made me left without a car for 3 days and its painful. @Honda Mckinney Please respect your customers.
