I highly recommend these folks... No pressure, friendly and genuinely interested in building a relationship with their customers. I accompanied my daughter to Honda cars of McKinney last night to purchase a car that she had thoroughly researched online. She already had her own financing, so negotiations took less than an hour. Called today on my way from Sherman to check to see if they had a certain car for me to test drive. I was put in touch with Kevin who quickly let me know it was there and to come on down. A sweet young man Jacob went with me on the test drive, answered all my questions and offered amazing customer service. He listened to my needs/wants, respected the time crunch I was on and Jacob let me know he was a available to answer any questions I had. I was in there today to check why the water was not coming out of wipers. Thanks Steve Knowles for your help. You are No1 Tech at Honda Cars McKinney. Had been in not long ago for service and thought maybe the pump was not working. Great service and the greatest tech.

I gave my credit card number to hold a certified pre-owned car over a weekend because I was going to be out of town. I drove up here to find out they sold the car I had put a deposit. Do yourself a favor: stay away from these shady people.
Extremely poor service and some crazy sales tactics here. I went in to look at a car that was advertised for what I thought was good deal, however they came back with an extra 10k on the sales price! How is that even remotely acceptable?! The extremely rude salesmen tried to explain how all the additions were "fair" priced. After the horrible experience I did more research and built the exact car on Honda's website, they raised some of the prices on the additions by 2000%!!! Great dealership. Have gotten the last four cars there. Newell Palmer is the best!! As a teacher he knew I was on a budget and gave me the best deal. Only great things to say about Newell Palmer and Honda.
Don't waste your time with these people. Lots of better Honda dealerships that treat customers with respect in DFW, they don't deserve your business.
