I have been here 3 separate times and they have tried to screw me EVERY time! Serves me right for thinking maybe the help has changed. I have never been so insulted. I asked for the special on the Internet. Ha!Ha! They wanted to add $6,000 to the Internet deal. It was all lies and deceit! they told me I was getting an 800.00 free car kit…they charged me for it..800.00 . they are shady and I will NEVER buy another car from them! Thought I had an extended warranty..just found out today after a year a half..I never had an extended warranty..they are NOT honest!
I took my 2013 Accord in for a simple oil change.After sitting and waiting for an hour and a half, I looked out the window to see a car exactly like mine sitting in the back parking lot. Thinking they were about to wash it, I sat back down and waited. After another half hour, I checked on it only to see that my car had not moved. Nice cars but they ripped us off by about $600. One of the managers was also very rude to my dad.

If I could give zero stars that would be my rank! It was a horrible experience, over 4 1/2 hours to make the purchase they were not up front about cost, prices, etc, felt bullied and lied to thru the entire experience, drove 160 miles for what we thought would be a great experience..... WRONG!! Wouldn't recommend this dealership to anybody!
The service department is incredibly slow! Made an appt for 2:45 (oil & Filter change). An hour and 25 mins and I am still waiting!!! I never leave her happy. Time to buy a different car! It will not be from here nor will they do my service!
