MJ was fantastic as my salesman. He initially helped me over the phone and e-mail, and was able to give me a good value for my trade, and a great price on a new car. I canceled my other appointments and met with him. He already had all of my paperwork ready to go when I got there. It was about an hour from arrival to leaving, and I couldn't have been any happier. My son, a college student, inexperienced in car, brought 08 Honda-Civic to get oil change and check up on 1-10-17. Then was told need more than $1500 repair. He said yes for some repair and called me. My boyfriend told him that's way too expensive for break replace and better go somewhere else. My son then asked to stop. After being very disappointed with the used Civic selection in the Sherman/Denison area, we decided to call Hayden Bailey at Honda Cars of McKinney. I purchased a car 10/15. Yesterday, 11/23 it was finally done and all repairs made, yes to my brand new car. 8 trips it took for them to get their heads all in one place to make all repairs. Their communication skills are awful resulting in multiple trips up there. Repairs needed on a brand new car included: fixing scratches/dents, Apple car play plug broke, scratch on gear shift, scratch on panel by gear shift.
