Do not stay here or better luck on a different floor. We couldn’t even check in 30 minutes early because the room wasn’t ready. Our hallway smells like bug spray, housekeeping doesn’t do a good job with cleaning bathroom toilets. We bought donuts back from Universal and a hour later discover sugar ants in the box that was on kitchen counter. What a waste of money. Not to mention we brought other snacks we had to trash. Will not stay here again.
Very clean and staff are friendly. They texted me to ask about my stay and if I needed anything. I’m very impressed.

I stayed in this hotel twice! In the first time we had a problems, the hotel “took fire”, and we changed to other. The attendance and attention to ok. Twice I was with my family, and all the hotel was reformed. The attention of housekeeping and others is too good. Have transportation to Disney and others parks. Have a small store with gifts, fruits, coffee, etc... and the employee is Brazilian, so easy to speak! This year my brother will stay again in Holliday inn. I liked!!! I wanna go soon!!!! Sorry for my English... ��

Go somewhere else! At this hotel we checked in at 8 am and they said they would text us when the room was ready which was fine because we were going to the park but then we never got a text all day. We got back to the hotel at 5pm and they didn't have rooms ready mind you 3pm is check in. So we waited in the lobby for 20 minutes so they could clean two rooms for us. Then they only offered us free breakfast at TGA FRIDAYS which was horrible too. The buffet was empty by 8am and no plates or forks then they only had one waitres... read more

Best hotel that we’ve stayed at in Orlando (off Disney property). We went to Universal for two days and the walk was easy breezy or a $7 Uber ride. Rooms were clean, staff accommodating and pleasant, TGI Friday’s breakfast was substantial � we will definitely come back when we return to universal!!!!
Hotel is in need of a major renovation rooms have a musty odor and carpets are stained and disgusting. We stayed there with a group for an event at Universal so we had multiple rooms lost count of how many times we had to call front desk for problems in our rooms. I understand sometimes things go wrong but I expect when you tell me you are going to talk to a manager and get back with me that you do it I should not have to keep calling to get answers and keep talking to someone different only to keep hearing I have to talk to... read more
