The meeting room was very clean and the banquet staff was excellent. Look forward to returning again.

Just stayed there over night . It was clean and the staff was very helpful. I would stay there again and it’s right across from universal which is why we picked that hotel.

We walked into our room and found a pair of underwear on the floor. We also had ants in different areas. I was assured of having a vip cleaning and when we returned that evening still have ants. Not impressed at all
