Nice hotel! Quick check in. Attended Halloween Horror Nights with shuttle provided by the hotel which was great and easy to get there and back to the hotel. 😊

I was quoted $117 from their reservations call center and ended up paying at least $130 a night. Call the hotel directly! Not the call center😡Payed over $140 for tomorrow, but that was an add on, so it's a weekend rate...
Very nice place, friendly staff. The pool was unusable due to the hurricane. I would stay there again.

To start with we were disappointed with our room as we had two beds and a sofa bed for 14 nights. We spoke with the hotel and they gave us a free upgrade, some vouchers for free pizza and some beach balls for the kids. The customer service was excellent and we couldn't fault the hotel. Fully recommend but understand your room choice at the time of booking! :)

Booked a handicap room on the 1st floor. They were able to accommodate us with the dog too. Room was very nice, well equipped, and roomy. Staff was very polite and helpful with our belongings. Only issue we had was the beds, two full beds, we're a bit too high to transfer from a wheelchair or for a partially disabled person. By the way, doggie area is too cute. Will stay there again.
