Opção fantástica para que procura um hotel muito bem localizado, limpo e confortável. O atendimento é muito bom e tem brasileiros para ajudar no que for necessário. Recomendo o 1 bedroom suíte.

I have to say that our stay here was the worse experience I ever had in our life !!! We found a dirty underwear in the security box !!! Yes, as crazy as it sounds, we were completely in shock. Manager handed the situation as better as possible but we he had to wait 2 hours to get a new and clean room! I will never come to a Holiday Inn in my life, you can be sure of that!! Also, there is a employee that seems to ne unhappy with is work. He's name is Rafael and he works in the front desk. He was not helpful and neither nice. ... read more

The suite we stayed in was nice and cosy. The hotel is highly recommended as the transport to all theme parks are extremely convenient- the hotel is very family friendly. What I love most about them is their extremely helpful staff- they are all very jolly and happy and it's extremely contagious. We were impressed and we felt extremely comfortable checking things out with them.

Me hospedei no início de fevereiro. Adorei o hotel em todos os aspectos. Os funcionários sempre super bem educados, solícitos a todo momento. Em especial o Rafael, o Lucas, o Denis, o Daniel, foram excelentes no atendimento. A localização é perfeita, pertinho de uma walgreens, pertinho dos parques da Universal. Tudo muito limpinho no apartamento e nas dependências do Hotel. Custo benefício excelente. Voltarei em 2018, e recomendo aos amigos.
