The holiday Inn is what I've always stayed at the staff was super friendly. The rooms were clean . The beds were like climbing In a cloud after walking all day at the park. Wish I could give 10stara

We loved it. Very clean. The bed was sooooo comfortable. Staff is great. Close to universal and a shuttle there and back. But if you missed it. Its ok. A taxi is alway available. Approximately 5-6 bucks. Not bad. Would stay here again. Great place.
Our family had our 11th Family Reunion here and everything was Great! The customer service was excellent and the rooms are spacious and clean. I had the best Catering Sales Manager handling all our needs and she was Awesome and made sure we had everything that met our needs. The food prepared for our event was delicious which is one of the reasons we continue to return to the Holiday Inn brand.

i think it was nice but my car got broken in to so they let me stay for free til i got it fixed they delayed my trip didn't feed me I'd rather them pay for the window and let me go home other than that everything was ok thank you David Hall

Staff at this hotel are very inconsiderate. We had an emergency on our trip and the hotel staff could care less. No one tried to help us. They care more about making $$ rather than satisfying the customer. In the future, staying at a Holiday Inn would be our near death last resort. Very disappointed in the service at this hotel.
