I can not get on or stay on WiFi. I keep trying and trying. Horrible!!!!
Stay was mediocre. Room was hot and no control over temp, however, Karen is amazing. She should be running this hotel. Excellent customer service, super friendly, and just a genuine person.
Super atencion y cerca de el paque
My sunglasses were stolen from the room. Before leaving for Universal Studios I had kept the sunglasses on the table. When I came back the glasses were not in the room. When I complained at the help desk, the receptionist manipulated my statement while informing the manager that I found the sunglasses in the room and that they were not mine. Later when I confronted them they said that they will see if anything can be done.
