As soon as my family and I arrived, we were greeted with great attitudes and appreciated enthusiasm. We were informed of everything that there is to do inside and outside of the hotel, and all the amenities and shuttle services to and around the parks. The suite was well kept, and if an issue presented itself, the manager was on top of it. This hotel was not what my snooty sister expected. So this is definitely a choice to make when staying at universal studios Florida.

The room was ready early. However, the bathroom didn't feel clean, there was a dirty wash cloth left on the floor. The room overall was clean. They were great getting us tickets and shuttle service to and from Universal. The pool was wonderful and well maintained. An enjoyable experience overall.

Hotel employees were friendly and accommodating. What I liked the best was the car rental office right there at the lobby that when we needed a car, we were able to get it right away. �

I was initially disappointed with a troublesome check-in but the staff saw this as an opportunity to work even harder to make our stay smooth and enjoyable. Problems happen but the measure of a good company is the lengths staff go to when fixing that issue. The effort taken was appreciated... Suite was roomy, housekeeping was excellent and facilities great. Thank you for seeing an opportunity and impressing us with a genuine effort to please.

Worst banquet facility in Orlando, the set up crew are kitchen & dishwasher staff that don't know how to do a room set up, the food is canned & boxed, nothing made fresh or from scratch. I've even seen the bagged salad prepped in a sink. The silverware doesn't match, there's various patterns, the plates don't match either. You get what you pay for. Servers don't work in teams either, one server is expected to keep up with as many as seven tables.
We came down for my daughter's 17th birthday at Universal. Awesome location right across the street! The suite was awesome for the price👀 Two queen beds for my daughter and her friend and king across the room divided by a living room and a full kitchen! We each had separate bathrooms. Very impressed for the price. Rooms were clean and house keeping staff excellent. The wifi is a bit unreliable. With teens that's a must. The Friday's restaurant downstairs is a plus as well.
