Brilliant hotel - walk to Universal - under 10 mins. Fridays on site, Stayed for a week in August. Will be back. No resort fees or parking charges - just a great hotel.

Housekeeping fails to replenish towels and toiletries on a daily basis but does take the time to touch and move all your personal items. Manager on duty is “very busy” so don’t expect a return call. Shuttle information varies from the flyer to the lobby posting and person to person so can not be depended upon. Hallways smell musty and are extremely warm.
