RecommendedGreat place. Convenient to attractions
I'm concerned about the elevators not working properly. last night the fire Dept had to come to get us all out. no follow up this morning. we left motel. on a positive note the breakfast waitress staff were very nice. plus the firefighters and people who helped us out of elevator stick between two floors were kind.
Very outdated and dirty. Rooms smell musty
Checked in last night, 14/2, and staff were amazing. So helpful hopefully it will continue like this.

Es un hotel muy sucio y la gente muy poco amable, al llegar no había nadie que nos ayudara con el equipaje, llegamos de noche con 4 niños, la habitación estaba muy helada la cama de los niños no tenía sabanas ni frazadas, las pedimos y demoraron una hora en traer solo sábanas, la habitación muy helada en la segunda habitación no funcionaba el aire acondicionado, pedimos que limpiaran bien y que arreglaran el aire y no hicieron el aseo en la noche la pieza estaba llena de hormigas y un olor horrible a humedad.

Our room had 2 queen size beds and it was spacious
The room was nice enough, but it wasn't ready at check in time and we had to wait over20 minutes. Then, when we complained the front desk clerk and the manager lacked customer service skills and seemed annoyed that we were complaining. They informed us that check in time is not necessarily when the rooms are available and that they try to have them clean by that time, but it is not guaranteed.
