The wait is ridiculous! Been here for over 4 hours and still haven’t gotten a room. Reservations been made weeks in advance! Got here and all they could tell us is that they had a full house last night and they are trying to get the room ready..... 4 hours later and still no room😡 never again
3 times to ask for more towels? Really? And there’s a hole on the head rest. I better not be charged for something I did not do. Been here before and had a better experience what a shame that the 2nd time had to be somewhat disappointing

We had a reservation and check in was supposed to be 3pm today but they told us the rooms weren’t ready because a member of the cleaning staff called out. We then overheard a man on the phone saying they told him a dryer was broken so they didn’t have any clean sheets. At that point we felt like they were just making excuses. We finally got a room at 6 after calling the corporate office. Their corporate office tried calling the front desk but despite 3 people being there, they didn’t answer.
