Got back in my room around midnight after being out all day, to discover that my room wasn’t cleaned and no explanation from the hotel staff. The mold in the shower around the soap dish and the chipped paint on the doors didn’t help. Also, the men’s room at the main lobby is a complete Disaster with the stall walls and doors coming apart, toilet paper that is just sitting on the back of the toilet-not in the dispenser, the urinals in need of repair, and don’t get me started on the sticky floors in the lobby and elevators...h... read more

Dirty rooms, old urine/pubic hair on toilet in new room, doesn't answer receptionist phones.

The beds and pillows!! Quiet rooms, the 2br suits are amazingly huge too!! Like 2 hotel rooms within a hotel room!

I'd like to say that my experience at this hotel was horrible...there were ants in bathroom and kitchen area...coffe put was replaced 3x and they never came back with a working coffee pot....room was hot....TV was not working in one of the rooms....mind you I booked a suite for the weekend which cost over 500 dollars...NOT WORTH IT!!!!!And to top it all off once I got home that following Monday I got a call from Carlos who is the front desk manager saying that I would be comped for 1 night...called today 4 days later and no ... read more
