I sincerely enjoyed my stay with this hotel, the environment was friendly and enjoyable and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and well maintained. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.
DO NOT STAY HERE! Worst hotel experience I've ever had. We stayed 5 days. And 4 out of those 5 days, they didn't replace our towels and coffee cups. How do you clean a room and forget to put clean towels in??? Not to mention we called every day and complained that they weren't going g their jobs. And the last straw was when they threw out my food that I bought and was saving for the trip home! THAT WAS MINE AND IT WASN'T CHEAP!! This is the best hotel Pet Friendly. Thanks for all. The days with our dogs at Holiday Inn was amazing.
We had a suite which was brilliant for us 2 Adults and 2 kids it gave us the extra space we needed for lounging as well as a small kitchenette. Great shuttle service to and from Universal. Nice little pool that we could use on return from the parks. Shout out to Poloko on front desk who assisted us on arrival and Vinny who we spoke to each morning for the kids eat free vouchers at TGIF's, also Chris the Tui Rep who went above and beyond for us.
