Jeff Brutlag, from HJ Faust was here today to inspect our furnace…He was very courteous and explained everything he had done during his inspection. Jeff has been here before, and has always been professional in our dealings with him. HJ Faust is a great company that we have had for many years.
Riley and Chris did our install. They did an INCREDIBLE job. We are so grateful for their kindness, and the kindness of the HJ Faust team. They felt like neighbors coming in to help, and that’s a really sweet feeling. Not to mention, when they left, our home looked like nobody had even been in it. Professional, great job selling appropriate unit for our needs, quick installation, left the jobsite cleaner than it started.
Lori was prompt arriving. She was courteous and pleasant and neatly dressed. She went right to work assessing the house and what needed to be done. She explained everything thoroughly and answered all our questions. She sat down with us and explained options and pricing. This was on a Friday and we got a Monday install date. I would highly recommend HJ Faust, Inc.
We had our new HVAC system installed yesterday by Jared, James, and Roman who tripple-teamed the job from start to finish. They were all professional and efficient and showed respect to my home as they labored all day without taking a break. All were personable and answered all my questions as they changed out my equipment and fully tested it before leaving. We were very impressed with their on-time arrival and determination to complete the project in one day. We will highly recommend this crew to all!

We have had Jake from H.J. Faust taking care of our HVAC needs since they replaced our furnace and A/C 6 years ago. They are the best. Jake is a great HVAC technician. Growing up my father was an HVAC contractor so I am very comfortable giving them a 5 star rating. My Dad would approve.
Nick O. was out earlier than expected, and diagnosed and repaired the problem efficiently. I hope I don't need their services soon, but I'll definitely be calling them when I do.
