The technician, Jeff, was extremely pleasant and professional. He took the time to answer all of my questions in great detail and explained everything he found/fixed. VERY happy with the service.
We have been using HJ Faust for 8 years now. We needed a new furnace with WiFi, then an AC System and lastly a new Humidifier. The prices are fair, the equipment matches our needs and requirements. The service guys are neat, clean and on time too. We purchased their maintenance program which saves money and keeps the equipment running like new. We purchased extended warranty as well. A part broke on the AC and the repair and labor were at no additional cost to me. All good.
Jake and his apprentice came in the time frame they gave us. They used shoe coverings and face masks during this covid pandemic. Clean efficient service has always been given for seasonal tuneups.

We just had our furnace inspected and cleaned. Jeff B. arrived within the designated 2-hr timeframe that our appointment was scheduled to take place. He was pleasant and professional and took time to ask if we had any questions. We did have a question and he was able to give us good advice.
