⚠️ My extremely disappointing experience with H.J. Faust, Inc. (sales.hjfaust.com) – sharing so others don’t go through the same thing. Oct 29, 2025 – furnace stopped working, no heat. Called H.J. Faust for service. Technician arrived and: Ran basic diagnostics but couldn’t figure out the problem Charged an extra $100+ to “run a golf ball down the vent” (literally took 30 seconds, found zero blockage) Told me the furnace was slightly unlevel (about ¼ bubble off left-to-right) and that was causing the issue Recommended repla... read more
