The quote was fully explained with factory literature - the installers showed up on time and did a very neat and professional installation. We ended up having to add a air return and they did that above the installation contract with no arguing or arm twisting. Overall I am very happy with the quality of work and would recommend Faust to others.

Jake has been here before. Sure seemed to know his way around, great memory!! After completing his check up of AC, he stopped to give a very thorough and detailed report. We are very happy with Jake, and very comfortable with both his skill and knowledge. Looking forward to his visit next year.

Many thanks to Jake, Lori, Chris and Harry for giving me back my warm toes! In a little over 24 hours ( Sunday when it went out), we got a new furnace installed. Really appreciate all the prompt attention you gave to us and the concern for our comfort both in providing heat and reasonable cost. Have had the old furnace serviced by HJ Faust for many years and look forward to continuing the trend. Thank you again.
