Cant say enough good about our experience with HJ Faust! We were in need of a new a/c unit in the middle of summer. Jared and Colin did an absolutely terrific job installing our new AC unit. They arrived on time, wore masks throughout (much appreciated!) wore shoe coverings inside the house and cleaned up after themselves beautifully. After the job was done, in less time than expected, Jared took me over the system inside and out to make sure I understood what had been done. Jake has been servicing my furnace & AC for years. I wouldn't want to call anyone else. Eric & Chris&Will came into play when the blower motor on my 32-year-old furnace began to show signs of failure. I had a new HVAC system installed very quickly, on the predicted timeline, with good clean-up. The town inspector took all of 2 minutes to approve the job. I hope to have the same service, from the same people, for many years to come. The office staff are always pleasant and very helpful also.

The technician, Jeff, was extremely pleasant and professional. He took the time to answer all of my questions in great detail and explained everything he found/fixed. VERY happy with the service.
We have been using HJ Faust for 8 years now. We needed a new furnace with WiFi, then an AC System and lastly a new Humidifier. The prices are fair, the equipment matches our needs and requirements. The service guys are neat, clean and on time too. We purchased their maintenance program which saves money and keeps the equipment running like new. We purchased extended warranty as well. A part broke on the AC and the repair and labor were at no additional cost to me. All good.
