HJ Faust team came to the rescue! We were on vacation and had hired an house/pet sitter who stayed in our home while we were away. Our sitter texted and said that the AC went out and it was a super hot day. I called HJ Faust from Europe and explained the situation. They sent Jeff out within the hour and he resolved the problem quickly. Jeff is always fantastic to work with when he comes. Thank you Jeff for coming out at the end of the day to help! Had central air replaced today. Eric had given me a decent quote. Including extra air duct work. Chris and his partner came on time and worked efficiently. Installed extra duct where I needed. Explained everything. I would recommend them.
Faust never disappoints! Nick was our technician for our a/c clean and check. A reminder the day before, a notification that he was on his way and arrived within the promised window of time. He explained what he checked. Friendly and professional. Would recommend this company.

Jeff Brutlag came and checked out our air condenser as it was making unusual noises and he said everything was just fine and the noise is normal. He explained everything to us in words we understood.
