Nick was a great service tech. He was able to quickly figure out the issue with our a/c and get it working again. They definitely earned future business from me.

I came home from work to discover my furnace was not kicking out any heat. Jeff arrived within 15 minutes of my call to HJ Faust. He explained everything he was doing to diagnose and fix my heat. I’m now sitting comfortably, toasty warm! I cannot recommend HJ Faust and Jeff B. highly enough!

It was a pleasure working with HJFaust. From the initial phone call I felt my concerns were heard and prompt service was scheduled. The initial technician, Jake, who responded to determine and assess the problem was very thorough and explained in detail the issue and potential solutions. He promptly communicated with other necessary parties to coordinate additional service.
