We feel that having professional people check our furnace for the cold winter months ahead is such a great investment. Our family does not have to worry about what is ahead. We also feel a furnace that is well cared for will last longer. We happily appreciate all these benefits & do so appreciate these professional people for their expertises!

We had service on 2 air conditioning units and 2 furnace units for yearly maintenance today. Jeff was our service technician along with an apprentice. They were both very thorough with the service, polite and respectful of our property. Also, Jeff explained what they were working on and where they would be located in our house as they performed the maintenance. We are very pleased with the quality of the service we received today. Had our fall maintenance performed on Friday by Jake Rubach who had the foresight to advise calling to schedule the day after Labor Day following our spring encounter of waking with no heat. Part was ordered at that point for fall installation and he was spot on with his recommendation for fall service, or I’d have awoke freezing this weekend with the cool overnight temps. Jeff was courteous and professional. He took the time to explain what he was doing. He also spent time answering a question I had about the fan. He was not in a rush and made sure everything was clean and in order before he left.
This is a wonderful business to work with and Nick Graab was a very nice technician. Their scheduling was quick and easy and they diagnosed the root of the issue in about 20 minutes with a completed repair in just under an hour. I highly recommend.
