When we returned from vacation our home was cold ! We called Faust because they had previously had them for AC service. It was mid afternoon when I called and Jake was here in an hour or thereabouts. He determined the problem was a bad blower motor and installed a new one to warm us up in short order. Quick service got us warm again.
A big 'Thank You' to Jake at HJ Faust. Our Boiler went out the day before a scheduled trip. Jake was at our door the next morning. Diagnosed the problem. We were able to leave as scheduled knowing Jake would get things working. Love having Jake's service!
I am very impressed by how nice and helpful everyone is. I never get anyone who won't help me. This time Jeff was great. He showed me how to take off the front of the thermostat so I can replace batteries in the future. He explained about my furnace and told me what he had to do. He also told me he loved working for H.J.Faust when I asked. That is very important to me. Also I called on Dec 23 and no one made it sound like it was a pain to work on the da before Christmas eve.
