Huge Thank you to Ron and Blake. The finance manager was great too. We couldn't be happier with the customer service we received from beginning to end. So much so, that we signed the deal on one vehicle, drove it home and went back and signed the deal on a second vehicle. Friendly, professional service. Thank all again.

Nothing but a bunch of lies. 2013 Cadillac they had priced for 4K under what they “wanted” the sale for. Once they realized it, they made nothing but lies saying the car was sold. It’s at the other castle dealership for 20k instead of 16k as they listed and told me I could purchase the car for. Pathetic customer service and even more pathetic that they can tell lies right to the customers face.

The manager and finance guy really need to take an improve class so when they are trying to up sell you a warranty it’s more believable. The pretend banter back and forth was shady, and the stalling was ridiculous. The 2 stars is only because the salesman Nick was super polite. He seemed new and not part of the charade.

bought a 2010 ford f 150 . started having problems right after purchasing. i understand it was used but I thought they would stand by vehicle that came off there lot. Want me to cover cost of repairs. I wonder if the owner knows how his customers are being treated ? Buyer BEWARE

After going through hell with a salesman at Team Honda in Merrillville..I contacted a former co worker to see where her hubby sold cars at..She said he was now at Castle Ford in MC..so I went and Ron Gale and Blake K. Helped me find something in my price range and terms with no hassle and no one screaming like a maniac at me...will recommend these guys over n over..thank you for helping me when my engine blew and I needed a car asap.
