Made a deal on tues to buy an sho..left down payment and come back Thurs to pick up..they come out with paperwork on price and it's 1200 more than what we agreed to. Argued about price so went home and got my paperwork. Got back and the 1200 more price paperwork magically disappeared. It got so bad with the owner Jon we almost got into a fight . also I fiance thru ford credit and they told me i had to hold loan for 8 months. Not true. Had a recall that needed to be taking care of. Took my explorer here and had friendly people from start to finish. They were very efficient and fixed the recall in a timely manner. Ashlee from the service center took care of us and was super friendly and helpful.

We were on our way to a funeral and got a flat tire. They went above and beyond to get us a matching tire that they didn’t have in stock. Great customer service. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Thank you!

Have asked five times now to be removed from all mailings and calls, do you think they would listen? How do you get the junk to stop? After 12 Fords, the last being a 2014 Fusion, would never own another Ford. Lack of support and dealer made the move away from the junk Fusion easy. Now have a 2017 Mazda 6 Much better car than the Ford, check them out!
I've worked with a lot of people in a lot of places, the company from the top down, respect its employees and its customers. You can find fault and dislikes wherever you go no matter how much people try. One of the biggest things I've noticed about Castle Ford, is they will ask you not what they did right but what they did wrong,if anything so that they can maintain a dealership of Excellence. A great place to do business and work.
