Loved loved loved my experience with Castle Lincoln. Our amazing experience started with Chris our salesman. He was awesome. Mark followed up and got us a great deal. Antoine finished us off with excellent customer service in the finance area. What usually is a stressful, unpleasant experience, was uncharacteristically pleasant. Go see them and ask for Chris! You won’t be disappointed.

Sharon was very nice and patient with our situation. She kept in contact with us through the whole process and arranged for Matt to take care of us when she wasn't there. Mark went out of his way to make sure we got home safely. Antoine was very helpful, honest and knowledgeable. Overall, we are very satisfied with our purchase and doing business with this dealership.

Kyle was super helpful and helped me pick out exactly what I wanted. The manager Mark asked me what I wanted my payment at and he did exactly that. I am SO thankful for the great experience I had with them, honestly one of the best out of all the dealers I’ve been to. I didn’t feel pressured or BS’d. Highly recommend going to see these 2!!!

Last month I came into buy a car by myself! I had “Terry” approach me, I told him I was here to buy a new car and that my husband is still stationed in Japan due to the military and I also told him I was pre approved and had a check in hand... Terry treated me with such disrespect! *EDIT 6/10/18* So I’m updating my � to � � � � my main issue was with the sales manager at time. He is no longer at that store. Once the GM Mark found how I was treated he made it completely right. Gave me a few diff options on how we can make it right all in my favor and has been in communication with me. Also got a new service manager who has been super helpful and giving me updates all the time. Troy who works the counter in service went above and beyond to help me out. They took what I said and instead of just shrugging ... read more

I can't believe they have a 3.6 review rating. I'm not kidding they were great. Treated us good. They weren't to pushy. Our sales rep was Chris and we couldn't have ask for a better experience. I honestly feel if you don't at least check them out you're missing out. I'd tell anyone to go to Castle Ford Lincoln.
