this dealer had a vehicle that I wanted to buy. I called them on Saturday Mar 2nd & ask if I could put a deposit on it so I could come & buy it today, Monday Mar 4th. I called this morning to confirm they still have my van, and they sold it. I think this is underhanded & dirty. what Lind of business treats it's customer so inconsiderately. I am incredible disappointed & will never do business there, ever. I encourage you to find an honest dealer to buy from, cause there's no honesty at Castle Ford
They were all very helpful, especially Matt, my salesperson. He went out of his way to help me. Thank you, Matt and Castle Ford. Look Matt up if you need a new car. I highly recommend them.

sales manager mark is disrespectful. I go in there tell them I'm upside down on my car. go on a test drive. come back and they're talking and laughing about it. and told me art hill ford should of lied to me about the price so I didn't come there. I ended up leaving. I already called ford made a complaint. I will never come there again.

WELL I FIRST THOUGHT THEY WERE GREAT UNTIL I TOOK MY TRUCK TO A MECHANIC...BOY WAS I DUMB..I BOUGHT A TRUCK WITH A BAD WHEELBEARING. STOPPED BACK IN BEFORE EVEN MAKING 1ST PAYMNT. OF COURSE NOBODY CAN HELP ME.PUT IN A CALL. NEVER EVEN CALLED BACK.MAKE SURE YOU GET THE VEHICLE CHECKED OUT FIRST.DON'T MAKE THE MISTAKE I DID AND TRUST THAT THEY WERE HONEST!
