Went to look at a vehicle and nobody ever came out to greet us or anything. After I had talked to them on the phone and told them I was coming that day. Just rude. If that doesn’t make you feel wanted.
Customer service was horrific. Took 2 months just to get our car in just because we were not able to bring vehicle in, even when we tried to set up a date to drop off the vehicle. And they never call back. Never. I always had to make the call and then start from scratch again. Then they had the nerve to actually call and say that they will be sending back the part since we are not able to bring the car in when they want us to. The also rolled their eyes at us....great job.
After reading these reviews I’m in shock. We went and looked at a car two days ago with the help of Samantha and ended up walking away. After a bunch of back and fourth and crunching numbers we decided we wanted it, so we called Samantha back and told her we wanted it and she helped get us a pretty good deal. It was such a smooth easy purchase as we sat at home while Sam got all the paperwork ready and any detailing done so that when we did get there we just signed the papers and left in our new car.
