my husband found a vehicle for me to purchase. he saw it on autotrader and carguru. when he went to the dealership and showed them the purchase price, the salesman trace gave my husband a guilt trip about how the company will lose money for that price, and he'll get introuble. he said he has to go by the advertised price on their website so he sold the car to him for 30,800. when he got home and told me about it, I showed him the website price and it was the same as autotrader and carguru which was 27,977. I went there on June 11th and was there for 20+ minutes and not a single person acknowledged I was there. I was driving a vehicle that was over twenty years old because my Jeep was just totaled and I was waiting on a settlement, they pre judged me. Bought a BMW in Chicago, thanks for the help in my decision! 👎👎
They claim "wholesale to.the public". What a joke. Wanting top dollar on junk.It was made clear it's as is and might want it looked at by mechanic. noticed and mentioned some issues. they stood by their price. I would be super careful. Phone team was excellent at getting you in the door, once you're in not so good. Guess they treat it as a numbers game sorting though buyers to find the suckers.
Our salesman made our purchase easy and very efficient. we chose the vehicles that we were interested in and he had us lined up for test drives. once we found the one we wanted the finance manager had great conversation and in and out.
