Today I took my ‘16 Explorer in for its last service appoint there. It makes you wonder...my washer fluid light was on when I dropped it off. Still on when I picked it up. They claim to do a “multipoint” inspection including topping off all fluids per the service manager. I’m just curious what else they missed. I’m going to be taking my vehicles elsewhere for service from now on. Sometimes it’s the small things that keep customers. waited nearly 2 hrs for a scheduled oil change. they did a tire rotation but never checked the psi. wont be going back
This place is a joke! Horrible customer service. Took my car there for a simple oil change. After waiting a little over an hour in their waiting room, I went back to the service department to see how much longer it would be. My car was sitting in the same place where I parked it when I got there. They hadn't even touched it. The teen-aged attendant said, "Oh, your mechanic must have gone to lunch." Really? Mark Dingus treated me great this week when I bought my Mustang e. Go see him he’s a great guy.
Good cars dont get me wrong but the service is the worst they were cracking jokes saying I was osama bin ladens son and they ran an ofac on me when I paid in full.The sales lady an older lady she asked for my social i dont know how many times when it wasnt needed. I spent 40 grand got no free oil changes or none if that.
